Habitat for Humanity (Singapore)

Habitat for Humanity Singapore builds for people of all backgrounds, races and religions to provide needy families with a simple and decent place to live in.

Locally, HFH Singapore has mobilised hundreds of teams of volunteers for building projects and disaster response to countries such as China, India, Indonesia, Vietnam, Malaysia, the Philippines and Thailand.

HFH Singapore also runs Project HomeWorks, where we clean up the houses of the elderly poor, and help provide adequate household furnishings for families in need. With the help of our volunteers, we have cleaned a total of 1,500 units since 2006.

HFH Singapore also runs the StarBuilders programme, which empowers disadvantaged and marginalised young people to give back by enabling them to participate in Habitat activities.

Social Cause

Eliminate poverty housing worldwide by building simple, decent houses with the help of the homeowner families themselves and volunteers.
